The Duroc pig, with well-defined morphological and genetic characteristics and well-known for its premium qualities, provides products of optimum organoleptic and taste values.

Furthermore, Duroc genes are suitable for complementing the strengths of other genes. Specifically, in Spain, we use a cross with the Iberian pig, improving the gain from the breed and the proportion of fat in the muscle.

Duroc pigs are the result of a careful process of genetic selection, breeding and natural feeding. They offer products of excellent quality, with a high degree of marbling, intense flavour, texture and juiciness.
