FACCSA has been striving for years to improve its quality, food safety and animal welfare. This work has been recognised and endorsed by prestigious certification and auditing bodies. Within our Quality Assurance Department we have MISSA, trichinella detection and microbiology laboratories (accredited by ENAC, the Spanish national accreditation body) and physical-chemical and tasting laboratories.
